This service begins with the evaluation of your building prior to change. In this way, we will create a reference point from which measurements can be made and success determined.

Our first step entails the detailed evaluation of energy used by relevant equipment and appliances. This data collection is also conducted after project completion providing us with before and after “snap shots” of building energy use. These data are combined with annual utility data before and after the retrofit. Finally, these measurements are corrected for annual variations in temperature/weather and number of occupants to provide an excellent measure of the success of any project strategy.
